🔍 About the Role – Transportation Specialist at ROC

Join Amazon’s Relay Operation Centre (ROC), the nerve center of transportation execution across North America (NA) and Europe (EU). ROC ensures smooth freight pick-up and delivery from vendors to Amazon fulfillment centers (FCs), and from FCs to customer hubs.

This role is ideal for individuals who are analytical, great communicators, and passionate about logistics and operations. Whether you're starting, restarting, or advancing your career, this role opens a path toward leadership within Amazon's global supply chain ecosystem.

🧩 What You’ll Do

As a Transportation Specialist, you'll coordinate with multiple stakeholders like:

  • Carriers, Drivers, Shippers, Vendors

  • Amazon Fulfillment Centers

  • Internal business teams

Your mission is to resolve issues in real time, ensure shipments stay on track, and support operations across Inbound (IB) and Outbound (OB) logistics.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor freight lifecycle (pickup to delivery).

  • Solve problems related to appointments, delays, weather, rescheduling, etc.

  • Use internal tools and Excel to manage data and reports.

  • Communicate effectively across voice and written channels.

  • Escalate unresolved issues with a data-driven approach.

  • Work in rotational shifts to support operations across NA and EU regions.

🎓 Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 18+

  • Education: High School / Diploma / Graduate / Post-Graduate

  • Experience: 0–5 years in customer/operations support

  • Skills: Strong English communication (written and verbal)

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel

  • Basic understanding of logistics or transportation management is a plus
