🔍 Job Overview: VOD-LC Specialist – Listening Channels

As a VOD-LC Specialist, you'll be a crucial part of the Voice of Driver – Listening Channels team. This team is responsible for identifying delivery partner (DP) pain points by sourcing and analyzing feedback from various channels such as station feedback forms and social media posts.

You'll play a key role in supporting Amazon's operations team across multiple marketplaces including US, UK, DE, ES, SG, JP, and AU.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or manager instructions to ensure compliance and quality

  • Act as the primary point of contact for ad-hoc and high-priority tasks related to driver sentiment

  • Gather and relay feedback from listening channels to the appropriate stakeholders

  • Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks (SLA, metrics, etc.)

  • Update trackers and workflow tools with daily operations data

  • Suggest process improvement ideas when applicable

  • Proactively communicate any operational issues to management

🎓 Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or any other technical/quantitative field

  • Proficient in Excel and basic SQL for data handling and reporting
